2. OBJECT
The present conditions shall regulate the use that the Provider makes available to the users of the Web, and they are intended to comply with the obligations set forth in Law 34/2002, of Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), as well as to inform all users of the web site regarding the conditions of use of the web site.
Through the website, the Provider provides users with access to various contents, services, information and data (the “Contents”), made available to users by the Provider or by third party service and content providers.
Any person accessing this website assumes the role of user, committing to the observance and strict compliance with the provisions herein, as well as any other legal provision that may be applicable, so that, if you do not agree with any of the conditions herein, you must refrain from using this website.
The Provider reserves the right to modify any type of information that may appear on the website, without any obligation to give prior notice or inform the users of such modifications, being understood as sufficient with the publication on the website of the provider.
The use of certain services shall also imply the acceptance, without any reservation whatsoever, of the Particular Conditions that the Provider may establish at any time of a specific, substitutive or complementary nature to these General Conditions of Use.
3. RESPONSIBILITY
The Provider disclaims any liability for the information published on its website, provided that this information has been manipulated or introduced by a third party external to the same.

This website has been reviewed and tested to ensure that it functions properly. In principle, proper operation can be guaranteed 365 days a year, 24 hours a day. However, the provider does not rule out the possibility of the existence of certain programming errors, or the occurrence of force majeure, natural disasters, strikes, or similar circumstances that make it impossible to access the website.
If it is detected that there has been an error in the entry of the price of an item, after receipt of an order, the provider will contact you as soon as possible to inform you of the incident, and offer you the option of cancellation or maintenance under the correct conditions. The automatic confirmation remission does not validate erroneous price conditions. In case of cancellation, any amount paid will be refunded. Without your express agreement to the correct price conditions, the shipment will not be processed.

5. CONDITIONS OF ACCESS AND USE

7. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These General Conditions are subject to Spanish law, submitting any dispute to the courts and tribunals corresponding to the city of Vigo, except in cases where the forum corresponds to the domicile of the consumer.
