The Management of
EVERY PARTS
defines, establishes and develops its Quality Policy in close accordance with the general policy of the company and adopts the necessary measures to ensure that it is well defined, established, disseminated and understood, implemented and updated.
EVERY PARTS is a company founded in 2005 whose main activities are the distribution of machinery, materials and spare parts for marine engines and cogeneration plants, as well as the management of marine engine repairs. For the performance of your sales activity EVERY PARTS has a warehouse located at Avda. Atlántida, 34 – Bajo Izq., 36208 Vigo (Pontevedra).

seeks a line of constant growth within the framework of commitment, using for this purpose the quality and continuous improvement provided by the implementation of a Quality Management System according to the ISO 9001:2008 standard.
The purpose of the Management’s policy is to maintain the firm and unavoidable commitment to offer the highest quality in its products and services.
In order to comply with the above, the Management of
EVERY PARTS
establishes and assumes the commitment to the following guidelines:
ü Commit to COMPLYING WITH REQUIREMENTS, both those specified by our customers, as well as the legal and regulatory requirements that affect our activity and contractual safety obligations.
ü To ensure total CUSTOMER SATISFACTION, giving them the quality and safety they expect and to which we are committed, meeting the needs and requirements defined by them.
ü Improve the SAFETY and SATISFACTION of our HUMAN TEAM, providing the necessary resources since a safe and satisfied staff helps to achieve more satisfactory results.
ü Define QUALITY OBJECTIVES based on the principles detailed in this policy.
ü To increase the PRODUCTIVITY and PROFITABILITY of our activities, through continuous quality improvement and doing things right the first time,which will allow us to reduce costs, eliminate rejection expenses and obtain a better use of the productive means.
ü Reinforce our COMPETITIVE POSITION, since working with quality in a systematic way gives prestige and is a solid differentiating argument from our competition.
ü CONTINUOUSLY IMPROVE the effectiveness of the Quality Management System, in order to improve our competitiveness in the market, through the use of process control tools, audits and training and awareness of the use of the tools.
This policy is the frame of reference to establish and review the objectives of the quality system of our organization. It is reviewed annually for its continuous adaptation.
Thus, it is the responsibility of the Management, the Quality Manager and all the staff at

personnel, the correct fulfillment of these guidelines and their implementation.
